Diane K. Timmons joined The Dayton Foundation staff in 1999 as a staff accountant and became program officer in the Grants and Programs department in 2001.

Diane currently serves as the vice president of Grants and Programs. In this role, Diane is responsible for the Foundation's overall grantmaking activities, including the Charitable Checking Account^SM Service.
