A Dayton native, Janice McLefresh joined The Dayton Foundation staff in 2000 as a staff accountant and became the grants administrator in 2002.

Janice currently serves as the donor relations officer. In this role, she is the liaison for 18 community foundations and education foundations that have established fund families through The Dayton Foundation.
