Joining The Dayton Foundation in 2001, Joseph (Joe) B. Baldasare, CFRE, has over 20 years of not-for-profit organization management experience, most recently as the executive director of United Rehabilitation Services. Joe also has earned the Certified Fund Raising Executive designation by Certified Fund Raising Executive International.

As vice president of Development, Joe is responsible for overseeing fund development and gift planning activities.

Joe is a native of Dayton and has a M.S. in rehabilitation administration from DePaul University and a B.A. in education from The Ohio State University.
