LaTonia McCane has been with The Dayton Foundation since 2004. As the Human Resources Specialist LaTonia assists in the hiring process, coordinates insurance benefits and oversees the volunteer staff. Prior to joining the Foundation, LaTonia worked for Target Corporation in the human resource area for ten years. While at Target she wore many hats, from recruiting and training new employees to administering the benefits and compensation programs.

LaTonia is a native of Muncie, Indiana and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Ball State University.
