Prior to joining The Dayton Foundation, Lisa worked for Dyer, Garofalo Mann & Schultz, where she created their probate department and handled all the probate related cases. Lisa was a domestic litigator in the areas of divorce, child custody and other domestic relation issues. Further, Lisa clerked for the Twelfth District Court of Appeals.

Lisa was born outside of Buffalo, New York and moved to Dayton in 1998 as she embarked upon her legal career. Lisa earned a B.A. from University of New York at Buffalo and a J.D. cum laude from University of Akron School of Law. Lisa lives with her husband, Matthew, of seven years and their three children, ages two, four and six.

Lisa is a very active volunteer in her community and with her church, and she was very active with Aids Community Services of Western New York.

As one of the Foundation's senior development officers, Lisa is responsible for providing counsel and advice to staff, donors and allied professionals regarding various planned giving tools, approaches, techniques and trends.
