A Special Wish Foundation of Southwest Ohio’s mission is to grant the wishes of children or adolescents (birth through age 20) who have been diagnosed by a physician with a life-threatening disorder. The nonprofit organization’s current site is outdated, difficult to update and requires donors to manually submit each recurring gift, which likely results in lost revenue. Funds will be used to create a professional, user-friendly website featuring a streamlined donation process, timely information and a new blog to strengthen donor retention, expand community engagement and increase the organization’s capacity to carry out its mission.
