Oasis House maintains a transitional safe home where formerly homeless, marginalized women can live for up to two years. Residents strive to heal from the trauma of sexual exploitation and human trafficking. The home offers safety and stability for residents participating in mental health and wellness therapies, substance use disorder/opioid use disorder treatments and a variety of life-skills classes such as finance, anger management and setting boundaries. Funds will be used to make exterior repairs on the house, which was built in 1900, to help sustain the safety and quality of the home for current and future residents.
