Alexis Norman

Alexis Norman joined The Dayton Foundation in 2021. As the Community Engagement program officer, she oversees a portfolio of grants, leads community-focused initiatives and collaborates with nonprofit organizations to advance their missions.

Alexis earned her BS in business administration from Ohio University and has more than 12 years of experience in customer service. As a recent homeowner in Dayton, Alexis is passionate about connecting with local organizations, learning about the communities they serve and finding meaningful ways to support their work.
