Vice President, Marketing and Public Relations
Christine Smith joined The Dayton Foundation Marketing and Public Relations department in 1999 as communications coordinator and was promoted in 2013 to vice president of Marketing and Public Relations. In this role, she develops and oversees communications and marketing strategies, including brand positioning, public relations, advertising, online marketing, and direct mail marketing campaigns and communications.
A native of Northeast Ohio, Chris earned a BA in communications and has more than 30 years of marketing and communications experience in the not-for-profit sector. She has served as a volunteer youth mentor for Montgomery County Ohio College Promise and is a member of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2015.
