The Garst Museum, under the operation of the Darke County Historical Society, offers programs for people of all ages and walks of life. Permanent exhibits help preserve the history of Darke County and its relevance to the American experience. Funds will be used to repair a deteriorating exterior handicap-accessible ramp and safety railings at the museum’s main entrance to maintain ADA-accessibility standards while providing a safer environment for staff, visitors and students.
