The Dayton Workforce Coalition is a regional talent development leader established to ensure a robust pipeline of human capital to support the demand for jobs in Greater Dayton. Funds will be used to support this Dayton Foundation initiative, which is working to prepare 20,000 individuals per year across the Dayton Region for local jobs over the next five years. DWC partners include Air Camp, Engineering and Science Foundation, Entrepreneurs’ Center, General Motors, Learn to Earn and National Aviation Heritage Alliance.
