Jenni Guanciale joined The Dayton Foundation staff in 2010 as a program officer for the Montgomery County Ohio College Promise program. In 2016, she became the program coordinator for both College Promise and the Dayton Montgomery County Scholarship Program.

Jenni’s career includes three years in the field of local government community development and 12 years in education teaching English language arts at a variety of levels prior to joining The Dayton Foundation.

Jenni has a BA in political science and English from the University of Dayton.
