Kari Diemunsch joined The Dayton Foundation staff in 2023 as the administrative assistant for the Operations/Human Resources department. In this role, Kari provides direct support to the senior vice president of Operations, supporting Human Resources, Finance and information technologies, as well as providing general office assistance. Kari is responsible for coordinating the Foundation's United Way and Culture Works annual workplace giving campaigns and annual staff celebrations.
For the past 10 years, Kari has worked in nonprofit healthcare where she has served in an administrative support role. Prior to that, she spent over seven years in retail management. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Indiana University.
