Miamisburg Schools Education Foundation - Richard C. (Dick) Church, Jr. Scholarship
Dick Church's more than two decades of leadership of and service to the City of Miamisburg and his contribution as a true ambassador of education for the Miamisburg City School District helped shape the school district's period of growth and significant educational improvement, leading to increased student academic performance and national awards of excellence. A graduate of Miamisburg High School and a lifelong citizen of his hometown, no civic leader in the Greater Miamisburg/Miami Township Community has contributed more positives to the school district over the last quarter of a century than has Mayor Richard C.
