Miamisburg Schools Education Foundation - Elena Perry "Grandma Alt" Swimming Scholarship

"Grandma Alt" Swimming Scholarship was established in 2011 to honor Elena for her support of her two grandsons, Nicholas and Brandon Alt, during their swimming careers at Miamisburg High School. Elena was present at almost every swim meet during the five years they swam and was known to cheer on every swimmer on the team. She was instrumental in establishing the first scholarship given through the MHS Swim Boosters. This scholarship is to financially assist graduating seniors of Miamisburg High School who have participated in the swim program and who will be furthering their education at a two- or four-year college of their choice.

Applicants must:

• be a graduating high school senior from Miamisburg High School,
• have participated in the swim program,
• have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and
• have a minimum three years on the swim team and swam as a senior.
