Miami Valley Leadership Foundation is a local leadership foundation serving within a network of more than 50 leadership foundations across the United States and globally. Mentoring2Thrive is a program that equips under-resourced youth with the tools they need to succeed by matching 108 students with caring adult mentors. Funds will be used to support the one-time implementation costs for development and set up of the MVLF Connect App. This smartphone app will enable MVLF to share content, drive culture, enhance communication and build community within the mentoring program.
