Nakia Lipscomb

Nakia Lipscomb joined The Dayton Foundation staff in 2023 as the senior development director. In this role, Nakia helps to develop, facilitate and market gifts from existing and prospective donors to help promote and administer the Foundation’s charitable funds.

Nakia has over 27 years of experience in banking, finance, wealth management and trust administration. She spent 18 years as the lead banking advisor in the wealth management department of PNC Bank of Dayton. Most recently, she held the role of assistant vice president and trust officer at LCNB National Bank.

Nakia earned her BS in business management from Park University at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
