Parity, Inc., has been at the forefront of the fight for equality in Greater Dayton for over three decades. Current community initiatives are the Youth Development for Success Summer Program, The Black Leadership Development Program, and the Top 10 African American Male Honorees luncheon. Parity has spearheaded positive change and community improvement in the Dayton Region through these initiatives. Funds will build organizational capacity to continue existing work and expand programming.
