Ted Parker (Theodore Phifer Parker) Scholarship

The Ted Parker (Theodore Phifer Parker) Scholarship was established in 1996 by Ted's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert P. Parker, to honor his memory. Ted is remembered fondly by his friends and co-workers at Wright Patterson Air Force Base former Area B Travel Division and others who knew him. The award is to be used to provide assistance in attaining undergraduate and graduate degrees in Government or Public Service (program as defined at each university) at Antioch College, Wright State University, University of Dayton, Central State University or Wilberforce University. Students must be classified as a sophomore or higher.
