Steve Darnell

A Dayton native, Steve Darnell joined The Dayton Foundation staff in 1990 as the accounting assistant. He was promoted to controller in 1998 and vice president of Finance in 2003. In this position, he serves as the Foundation’s chief financial officer, directing the financial and accounting functions.

Steve is a graduate of Wright State University, with a BS in accounting and finance.
