Vandalia-Butler Foundation - David and Kathryn Horner Family Scholarship
The David and Kathryn Horner Family Scholarship was created in 1998 by family and friends from the Vandalia community in memory of David, Kathryn, Jonathon, Carmen and Preston Horner who perished in a train accident in Central Ohio. This scholarship is offered to Butler High School seniors in even years only.
Applicants must:
- be a graduating high school senior from Butler High School and
- be accepted to a two- or four-year college or university.
Preference will be given to students who participated in concert band, marching band, jazz band, choir, color guard or kickline.
