Tania Arseculeratne joined The Dayton Foundation staff in 2019. In her role as senior community engagement officer, Tania manages all of the Foundation’s discretionary and directed grantmaking programs. She also is responsible for leading and supporting identified community initiatives and special projects.

Tania has a MS in sociology with a concentration in community development from North Dakota State University. Tania has over 10 years of experience working in not-for-profit and academic settings. Prior to joining the Foundation, Tania worked for the Omega Community Development Corporation and was responsible for writing grants and managing the organization’s website and social media platforms. Tania also volunteers for several nonprofit organizations.
